Senate Resolution 3 commends Robert Glenn Officer for his election as the Most Excellent Great Chief of the Grand Council of Knight Masons of the United States. His extensive involvement in the Masonic community is complemented by his contributions to local organizations, including co-founding programs for autism assistance and serving as a school counselor and adjunct faculty member.

In addition to his Masonic and educational roles, Mr. Officer has been an active member of the Sparta Board of Mayor and Aldermen since 1998, currently serving as Vice-Mayor.
