ON MARCH 10, 2025, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 422 FOR SENATE BILL 323, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 422, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 adds that if the Tennessee fish and wildlife commission enters into an agreement to name real property, infrastructure, improvements to infrastructure, or features under the agency's jurisdiction pursuant to the bill in exchange for compensation, then the term of the agreement must not exceed 10 years.
