Senate Bill 74 amends the Tennessee Code Annotated regarding the Interstate Corrections Compact. Specifically, it deletes subdivision (27) from Section 4-29-246(a) and introduces a new section, 4-29-254, which establishes a termination date of June 30, 2033, for the Interstate Corrections Compact as well as for any governmental entities created during the calendar year 2031.
