House Joint Resolution 20, sponsored by Hemmer, honors Ralph J. His leadership helped establish the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and improve public school performance, earning the Chamber the "Chamber of the Year" award from the American Chamber of Commerce Executives in 2009.

In addition to his accomplishments with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Schulz has a long history of service in various nonprofit organizations, including Junior Achievement and the Adventure Science Center. He has also been actively involved in civic and community initiatives, serving on multiple boards and committees.
