                              SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 1458

                              A RESOLUTION to recognize Clinchfield Sub Station upon its receipt of the New Business of the Year Award.
       WHEREAS, it is fitting that we should specially recognize those estimable organizations that endeavor to enhance the quality of life in their communities; and WHEREAS, one such organization is Clinchfield Sub Station, which recently received the New Business of the Year Award; and WHEREAS, this prestigious honor was presented at the Unicoi County Chamber of
Commerce Annual Awards Banquet on March 7, 2024; and WHEREAS, owned and operated by the Miller family, Clinchfield Sub Station is well-
known throughout the community for its consistent excellence in food quality and unrivaled customer service; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate that we specially recognize such an extraordinary business and its service to the good people of Tennessee; now, therefore,
       BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRTEENTH
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, that we honor and commend Clinchfield Sub Station upon its receipt of the New Business of the Year Award.
       BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriate copy of this resolution be prepared for presentation with this final clause omitted from such copy and upon proper request made to
the appropriate clerk, the language appearing immediately following the State seal appear without House or Senate designation.
