       BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRTEENTH
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, that the First Extraordinary Session of the One Hundred Thirteenth General Assembly stand in adjournment sine die at the close of business in both houses on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
