House Resolution 7010, sponsored by Glynn, honors Tiffany "Tiff" Perkins of Clarksville for her significant contributions to the State of Tennessee. Recognized as a community leader, Perkins has dedicated herself to enhancing the quality of life for her fellow citizens through her work as a digital marketing professional, business owner, and content creator. With over seven years of experience, she specializes in helping businesses improve their online presence and brand identity. In 2019, she founded According to Plan Events, an event planning business, and also established Black Clarksville, an organization aimed at empowering the local Black community.

Perkins has received numerous accolades for her efforts, including being named Best Artist/Creative and Best Event Planner at the 2022 Best in Black Awards, as well as Community Leader of the Year for her Clarksville Juneteenth Block Party, which was recognized as the Best Annual Event. Her commitment to community service and family exemplifies the values of a true Tennessean. The resolution expresses appreciation for her dedication and wishes her continued success in her endeavors.
