House Joint Resolution 7008, sponsored by Keisling, recognizes and congratulates Ella McLerran from Clay County for her outstanding achievement as the statewide winner of the Collegiate Discussion Meet at the Tennessee Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers Summer Conference.
