By Gant AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39,
Chapter 13; Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4 and Title
69, Chapter 9, Part 2, relative to driving under the influence.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-10-402(a)(1)(B), is amended by
deleting the language "twenty-hundredths of one percent (0.20%) or more" and substituting instead "fifteen-hundredths of one percent (0.15%) or more".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2023, the public welfare requiring it, and applies to offenses occurring on or after that date.
