                                        HOUSE BILL 2650
                                            By Doggett AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
                                             Title 43; Title 53 and Title 67, relative to food products.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 53-1-105(a)(9), is amended by
deleting the language "It is not subject to subdivision (7), unless its label bears" and substituting the language "The food's label does not bear the following".
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
