                                       HOUSE BILL 2334
                                           By Keisling AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 16;
                                           Title 24; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40, relative to domestic violence.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 38-12-104, is amended by deleting
"shall provide an annual report" and substituting "shall, by March 30 of each year, provide an
annual report".
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2022, the public welfare requiring it.
