                                       HOUSE BILL 2324
                                            By Grills AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 54,
                                           Chapter 21, relative to advertising.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 54-21-116(a)(2), is amended by
deleting the language "fifteen (15) days" and substituting the language "twenty (20) days".
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
