By Roberts AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38,
Chapter 6, Part 1 and Title 40, relative to
diversion.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 38-6-118, is amended by deleting subsection (e) in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2022, the public welfare requiring it, and applies to requests for diversion made on or after that date.
