                                        HOUSE BILL 1021
                                              By Dixie AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
                                             Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 68, Chapter 105,
                                             relative to blasting standards.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-105-119, is amended by adding the following to the end of subsection (f):
       The advisory council may conduct meetings by electronic means as long as the means utilized permit all members to send and receive real-time audio.
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2021, the public welfare requiring it.
