                                      HOUSE BILL 805
                                          By Powell AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2,
                                          Chapter 6, relative to absentee voting.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 2-6-202(c), is amended by deleting subdivisions (3) and (4).
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
