                                       SENATE BILL 357
                                           By Hensley AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63
                                           and Title 68, relative to the healing arts.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-2-101(a)(1), is amended by
deleting the language "ten (10)" and substituting the language "twenty (20)".
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
