By Briggs AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4,
Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 1, Part 6, relative to the stroke best practices and treatment guidelines task force.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-1-604(c), is amended by deleting the language "June 30, 2021" and substituting the language "June 30, 2024".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
