ON MARCH 29, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 475, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 schedules this bill's provisions regarding the confidentiality of information of federal law enforcement agents or officers conducting an operation in this state for repeal effective July 1, 2026.
