                                       SENATE BILL 266
                                          By Lundberg AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 57,
                                           relative to the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
        SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 57-3-406, is amended by deleting subsection (h).
        SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 57-3-819, is amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
        SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
