                                        SENATE BILL 148
                                            By Briggs AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
                                            Title 5 and Title 68, relative to health.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-2-901(5), is amended by deleting the subdivision and substituting the following:
               (5) Each county shall submit an annual plan of expenditures pursuant to this section by January 1 of each year for approval by the commissioner of health.
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
