                                      HOUSE BILL 158
                                         By Williams AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section
                                          71-2-105, relative to the commission on aging and disability.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 71-2-105(a)(11), is amended by
deleting the language "January 15" and substituting instead "January 20".
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
