By Roberts AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 33;
Title 34; Title 36; Title 37; Title 41; Title 49; Title 68
and Title 71, relative to children.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 37-5-128, is amended by deleting the language "March 1" and substituting instead "April 1".
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
