By Sanderson AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 57,
relative to alcoholic beverages.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 57-5-605(e)(4), is amended by
deleting the subdivision and substituting the following:
(4) The commission shall make the report filed under subdivision (e)(3) available on the commission's website.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019, the public welfare requiring it.
