                                       SENATE BILL 1592
                                             By Yager AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 57,
                                            relative to alcoholic beverages.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 57-4-105, is amended by deleting the first sentence of the section and substituting instead the following:
       Any art gallery that does not sell food or beverages and that receives eighty percent
       (80%) of its revenue from the sale of artwork may serve wine to patrons of such art gallery without a charge.
       SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
