NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis Save Our Sisters Program and welcome Mrs. Carol Daniel as the new Save Our Sisters Empowerment Program director.
