NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and congratulate Jennifer Poindexter, Park Central CDC's 2023 Business Impact Award recipient, on her many contributions to our City.
