This bill amends South Dakota law to extend the eligibility for standard issue county motor vehicle or motorcycle license plates to the spouses of veterans with disabilities. The amendment specifically modifies section 32-5-157.1 by removing the term "disabled" before "veteran" and inserting "with a disability, or the spouse of a veteran with a disability." Additionally, it clarifies that both the veteran and their spouse must meet the requirements outlined in sections 32-5-156 and 32-5-157, and it specifies that the applicable fees will be paid according to section 32-5-160.
