This bill appropriates $1,500,000 from the general fund to the City of Custer for the reconstruction of Custer West Dam, including all associated costs necessary to complete the project. The bill outlines that the state treasurer will approve vouchers, and the state auditor will draw warrants to facilitate the payment of expenditures authorized by this Act.

Additionally, any funds that are appropriated but not lawfully expended or obligated will revert according to the procedures established in chapter 4-8. The Act is set to take effect on June 29, 2025.
