Additionally, the State Board of Elections is required to work with the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications to ensure the security of the system against external threats.

Furthermore, the bill mandates that each county auditor must send any updates to the master registration file or absentee voter log to the Secretary of State daily. The updated information, including voter registration and election history, must be transmitted to the Secretary of State within seven days following each primary election and after each general election, replacing the previous deadlines of July fifteenth and December fifteenth, respectively.
