A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Honoring Dale Becker, a member of the Bridgewater-Emery School District Board of Education, on his years of school board service.

WHEREAS, the 2022-23 school year marked Dale’s twenty-fifth year of school board service and the Associated School Boards of South Dakota honored him with the Distinguished Service Award; and

WHEREAS, Dale has displayed an exceptional commitment to education throughout his tenure on the local school board; and

WHEREAS, Dale’s service is an exemplary demonstration of dedication to the students, staff members, and community of the Bridgewater-Emery School District:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED, by the Ninety-Ninth Legislature of the State of South Dakota, that Dale Becker of Bridgewater is an outstanding example of service to education at the local level and is honored for his continued efforts to enhance the educational opportunities for K-12 students in the district he serves.
