An Act to prohibit a person from coercing an individual to submit to certain vaccinations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 34-22-6 be AMENDED:
34-22-6.
It is a Class 2
misdemeanor for any
board, physician, or
person to compel another individual
by the use of
physical force,
or to coerce another individual,
to submit to the operation of
a vaccination
with
for smallpox or
other virus.
