An Act to extend deadlines for action by the Public Utilities Commission upon the request of any party.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 49-41B-24.1 be AMENDED:
49-41B-24.1.
Upon request of
the applicant
any party, as described in 49-41B-17,
the commission may extend the deadlines for commission action
established in 49-41B-24
and 49-41B-25.
