An Act to rename South Scalp Creek Lakeside Use Area in Gregory County.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. The state-owned South Scalp Creek Lakeside Use Area in Gregory County is renamed Naca Topa, or Four Chiefs, Lakeside Use Area to honor four great leaders of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
