An Act to exempt enrolled members of Indian tribes from admission fees, camping permit fees, and park service fees at state parks or recreation areas.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 41-17:

A person who is an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe located wholly or partially within the state is exempt from admission fees, camping permit fees, and park service fees at any state park or recreation area.
