An Act to revise the compensation for an improvement district board member.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 7-25A-17 be AMENDED:
7-25A-17.
Each member of the
board of supervisors shall receive an amount not to exceed
one
two hundred
dollars per month or an amount established by the electors at
referendum. In addition, each supervisor shall receive travel and per
diem expenses as set by the board.
