An Act to prohibit a ban of combustion engines.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter 32-15 be amended with a NEW SECTION:

A political subdivision may not adopt or enforce in any manner a rule, resolution, charter provision, or ordinance that prohibits the use or transport of an internal combustion engine within this state.
