ENTITLED An Act to extend the length of time allowed for a tax agreement with an Indian tribe.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That   10-12A-6 be AMENDED:

10-12A-6. A tax collection agreement between the department and an Indian tribe may not be for a term exceeding ten years but may be renewed upon expiration by the mutual consent of the parties.
