An Act to continue enhanced and transitional rates for community services and support providers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter 27B-2 be amended with a NEW SECTION:

The secretary of the Department of Human Services must continue fiscal year 2023 enhanced and transitional rates for community services providers and community support providers as defined in   27B-1-17. The rates in this section must be annually adjusted for inflation.
