An Act to provide for an annual presentation regarding Indian Law.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter 2-9 be amended with a NEW SECTION:

The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council shall annually arrange for a presentation pertaining to Indian Law. The presentation must be approximately two hours in length and must be scheduled during the initial five days of the legislative session.

Each legislator and each member of the Legislative Research Council staff shall attend the presentation.
