An Act to annually adjust the rate for community-based providers to one hundred percent of methodology.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter 28-22 be amended with a NEW SECTION:

Annually, the rate for each community-based provider covered by this chapter must be adjusted to reach one hundred percent of methodology as established in this chapter subject to federal requirements.
