An Act to grant a common carrier the right of eminent domain for public use.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That   49-2-12 be AMENDED:

49-2-12. A common carrier may exercise the right of eminent domain in acquiring right of way, for the public use, as prescribed by statute.
