ENTITLED An Act to modify the limit of consecutive terms for members of the Board of Technical Education.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 13-39A-4 be AMENDED:
13-39A-4. Each member shall serve a three-year term that expires on the last day of October. No member may serve more than three consecutive terms.
