An Act to make an appropriation to reimburse the aeronautics fund.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of three million thirty-three thousand five hundred eighty-one dollars ($3,033,581), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the aeronautics commission for the purpose of airport and aviation facility improvements.
Section 2. The secretary of the Department of Transportation shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.
