The school has received numerous accolades, including being named a Palmetto's Finest school for 2026 and ranking as the top school in South Carolina for the past two years based on the State Report Card. Additionally, it has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the Top Twenty Best High Schools and a Top Ten STEM School.

The resolution emphasizes the importance of completing the FAFSA for college access, noting that all members of the Class of 2026 successfully matriculated to four-year universities and collectively earned over fourteen million dollars in scholarships. The Senate expresses its appreciation for the dedication and service of HCS Scholars Academy High School to the community and the state.
