This win, which took place on December 6, 2026, at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium in Orangeburg, marks the team's first state title in twenty years, concluding a remarkable season with a record of 13-2. The championship game saw the Rebels defeat the Hampton County Hurricanes with a score of 26-7, showcasing impressive plays from key players including running back Deonte Phillips and quarterback Bri'Shaun Lee.

The resolution highlights the leadership of Coach Andrew Webb and his coaching staff, as well as the contributions of the athletic trainer and team doctor.
