Additionally, it requires a high-quality, computer-generated animation that illustrates the process of fertilization and the stages of human development within the uterus, highlighting significant milestones in cell growth and organ development throughout pregnancy.

Furthermore, the bill grants the Attorney General the authority to initiate a civil action to compel compliance with these new educational requirements. The provisions of this act are set to take effect starting with the 2026-2027 school year, pending approval by the Governor.
