The resolution celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (RIHCC), which was founded in 2016 to support Latino entrepreneurs, small businesses, and underserved communities in Rhode Island. The organization has also been a key resource during recent challenges, such as the pandemic and inflation, offering trusted information and support to Spanish-speaking and bilingual business owners. The resolution concludes by congratulating the RIHCC on its anniversary and authorizing the Secretary of State to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to Oscar Mejias.
