The bill amends Chapter 45-18 of the General Laws by adding a new section titled "Payments to Exeter fire and rescue service." This new section requires the state to reimburse the Exeter Volunteer Fire Department No. 1, Exeter Volunteer Fire Company 2, and the services provided by the Exeter ambulance transport, EMT intermediate, and paramedic care for seventy-five percent (75%) of the costs incurred during calls made to state property. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
