Additionally, the bill mandates that the Rhode Island Hockey Hall of Fame use any funds received from these registrations for the benefit of Rhode Island-based charitable organizations and requires an annual accounting report for the distribution of funds. There will be no refunds for early cancellation of the plates. The act will take effect upon passage.
