The resolution also directs the Secretary of State to send a certified copy to RIBS, highlighting the state's commitment to recognizing and celebrating the contributions of Black storytellers in the community.

Introduced by Representatives Morales, Shekarchi, Blazejewski, and Chippendale on January 15, the resolution has been read and passed by the House.
